Hashtil Macegrinder, powerful warrior and leader of a gang of orcs that ambushed the Player Characters in my Dungeons and Dragons campaign (The Urn of Blood).

If I remember correctly, he startled the players by breaking through several protection spells to attack a mage. He perished on the tip of Sten's rapier with the help of Samulus.
