First wind and rain, now hailstones. This torrential weather had best not keep up. You hear me? It had better not! I've got my theory test tomorrow and I was hoping to be able to just ride from work to the test centre but if the weather is as bad as this I'll have to catch a train or get a lift. This morning I had a lift from a generous colleague and the way the trees were bending I'm surprised the car we were in didn't get blown over as well.

So my youngest brother Sam got his new bike. He said he's taking it sensibly but he also said 100mph doesn't feel that fast. Great.
I had another bike lesson yesterday which went pretty well. I dropped the bike after an emergency stop, not sure how/why and it was a slow motion drop so nothing bad came of it. Trevor just stood there laughing as I tried to keep the bike upright. The mushrooms saved the bike though and it was a very slow drop. I've got the u-turn nailed now, my emergency stops are apparently a little leisurely so I need to really slam the brakes on next time, and I could do with making my lifesaver checks earlier. Other than that Trevor must have been pretty satisfied because he said I don't need any more lessons until the morning before my practical test (which is on the 18th, a week after my theory which is tomorrow, the 11th). My head immediately swelled to the size of a melon when I heard that. I'm doing some crazy swotting for my theory test. If I fail it then I can't take my practical test. That would just suck.
Crystech still didn't pick my computer up. As you can imagine, I'm a little peeved. I'm going to get on the phone to them on my break. A fortnight without my computer and no technical pens makes Matt go crazy. I managed to get all the skulls on Halo 3 and complete the game on Legendary, maybe at some point I'll go for the campaign score achievements... maybe. To be honest I'd rather be getting on with my artwork, D&D campaign, and the PC games I bought!
