Logistics

My motorcycle theory test is now out of the way. In your face regulations! In yo' face! So as long as I don't fail my practical test and have to keep trying, failing each one consecutively for two years, I won't have to take my theory test again until I think it's time to apply for a car, HGV, flying, minibus, helicopter, or tank licence.

Last night I had a dream that I was already riding my Versys. However, in the dream my Versys was actually an orange Z1000, I was riding it on some country roads with everyone else I know who has a bike and although the bike wouldn't go faster than my brother's CBR125 (in the dream that is, heh, it'll go much faster in reality... not that I'm planning to go out and nuke the roads with it) it was still very exhilarating.

In other news a courier arrived yesterday on behalf of Crystech in order to pick up my computer. Finally! BUT they didn't take it! The courier said it had to be in a box and he wouldn't take it otherwise. The profanity that emerged from my mouth was both obscene and original, and I have elected to omit the details here since after hearing all that cussing and cursing, the courier immediately set fire to his van and joined a Tibetan monastery.

I'm leaving my bike at the local Gedge showroom so they can fit my new tyre for me as my current rear tyre is quite bald. So I will be without transport until tomorrow evening. And tomorrow evening is my youngest brother Sam's birthday so I'm supposed to be dropping by my mum's house as well... I'm going to have to craftily sort things out so that Adam or Nick can pick my bike up for me (I'll have to give them the money for the tyre in advance) as I will not be there in time to pick it up myself, I'll have to see if I can get a lift into work from anyone, and I'll have to catch the train home unless I can get a lift home as well. Also, Sam's birthday gift was ordered from Amazon so I'm hoping it will arrive by tomorrow morning so I can pick it up or something... otherwise this situation will just get more complicated than it needs to.

Those damned couriers. Pitty you elected not to post the monologue though, a Tibetan monestary sounds fun. Busy busy busy...
